  • Who are the customers that Office Hours works with?
    At this stage, we are primarily focused on customers in the healthcare and technology sectors. Our customers include VC and PE investors, pharmaceutical companies, Fortune 500 firms, and startups who need specialized expertise to inform product development and decision-making.

  • Are there any fees for using Office Hours?
    There is a 5% platform fee and 2.9% payment processing fee deducted from your hourly rate for completed calls. You can always update your rate at any time to reflect your desired take-home pay.

  • How do I get discovered?
    Increase the likelihood of getting discovered by adding knowledge tags that represent the things you know—software tools, specialties, and research areas that you have experience with. We use these to match you to with people in our network. You can also share your profile link so anyone can book you for a call.

  • What is a public booking link?
    Your public booking link directs users to your Office Hours profile where anyone can request to book a call with you. Learn more about public bookings here.
